found my hardhship contract with discover..this is what it says..

Ok, Allied took it over but then Discover said to disregard because they took it back once I started on the hardship program. All dated in Oct. I've only made 2 payments and they want to stop it??! This is part of what the letter from Discover says..">>pleased to confirm you qualified for special program we discussed. Thank you for sending in your payment of $*** to begin the program...reduced your interest rate and lowered your minimum payment to $***. Your special program is scheduled to continue for 12months..." Also..statement after I began paying.."Your Discover account which had been placed with Allied, has been returned to Discover for servicing. Future communications and payment should be made to Discover..." How does Discover figure they have a leg to stand on in court when I have ALL the paperwork concerning this debt. Doesn't this show they renigged? I was paying them and then they didn't want my money! I think I need this woman who called to send me a letter stating all she said on the phone to protect myself. Do I tell her I have all this original paperwork? I also have the bank statements proving I paid.
