I ordered a card without reading the fine print. When they sent the new card, I owed $178.00 without even charging anything. I received the bill the next day $95.00 program fee 'Finance Charge'; Account set up fee 'Finance Charge' 29.00; Participation Fee 6.00; Annual Fee 2/4 -1/5 49.00. What a rip off. DO NOT ACCEPT. I refuse to pay!!! ITs all going back.
