I will bet that woman that sent the hardship agreement letter to you is no longer there and some new turd-ball supervisor--trying to increase the bottom line--sold the account back to Allied. As long as you were paying as agreed--I would send a dispute letter to the OC with copies of payments and hardship agreement letter--and send a C&D letter to Allied. To play it safe--make sure they do not have your bank account (change banks) or salaried job info and if you get it straightened out--only pay with money orders in the future.
