New credit after default judgment

I have a default judgment of $17,000 which I'm not paying due to disability and limited income. Currently I have a high-interest credit card that I keep a low balance on. Today I got a pre-approved credit card offer with a fixed low interest rate. If I accept this card will this be fraudulent since I am noy paying the judgment?
