I know that sounds redundant--but if that is a 3rd party collector or attorney--they will never report it as paid as agreed. Only the OC can do that.

Do they have assets on you like a salaried job or bank account? Change it. If Capone is 3rd party I would be a "Wise Guy" and tell them to: "forgetta bot it!"
