This is an illegal maneuver by W & A.
File a complaint with the FTC the BBB the Federal Bankruptcy Court, and the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

Send NAF a letter CRRR stating that they have no claim against your parents, that they are in violation of Federal and State Laws for fraudulent extortion as well as violations of the FDCPA and the Federal Bankruptcy Act.

Call or e-mail a lawyer in your area from NACA.com to see if you and/or your parents have grounds for a lawsuit against them. Check your and your parent's credit reports to see if there are also violations of the FCRA.
