Don't feel bad, many people cannot "get" the convoluted language of the Ohio statutes, including Ohio lawyers and Judges.

This is why VERY few sites have anything to show for "open" account SOL's in Ohio, many just have a "-".

It took me a while to figure it out, and I have placed on the Ohio page ALL the interlocking statutes to explain the 4 year SOL for credit cards.
