Charge-off

I have at least 7 charge-offs on my credit report. I have been laying low for a while with these accounts. I don't get the annoying calls anymore. This year will make it 4 years that these account would have been charge-off. I want to start cleaning up my account but I don't want to wake up these sleeping dogs. I also would like to know exactly when the date of last activity was for these accounts. Right now I'm going by my credit report but I think some of the accounts might be off. What should I do? I don't intend to pay since in CALi the SOL is 4 years and I'm right there.
