There is a link on my website, "How To Answer A Time-Barred Lawsuit", it is intended for situations where the debt is past SOL, however, the links in it DO give you the information to respond without being past SOL, (which you MAY be, as you did not tell us your State or when you last paid the ORIGINAL creditor)
