a nice person told me this once and it works. when u call..u play u dont have a touchtone phone. dont do anything when the co. recording answers. press no button! sit and after some menu crap it will transfer u to a live person who normally knows very little and every one u talk to tells u a diff story. lol. good luck. try it it will work. i have cap1 home office..and many regional ones. no one knows crap at any of them. the home office even told me i had nothing in collections or charge offs! lol but wouldnt say it in writing. if i only had a tape recorder! home office is in NY state. and every account with cap1 ..uses a diff representative. without a number u wont get anywhere anyways..altho they can look it up with ur SSN. should u want them to have it.. i wouldnt. anything u send or ask..they need that number or they say we cant help. technology has not found this company..not one person has a clue what the other is doin and how they stay in bisness is beyond me, i can give u a address tho...capitol one, FSB po box 34631 seattle. washington..98124-1631.. truly they have no clue what they r doin and i doubt u will get anywhere. this company doesnt give a crap about people at all. i dream cap1 by now..believe me. good luck.
