Unfortunately, I don't have any advice to help other than the fact that I also have an account with Citi that has been placed with LTD. I've only received one letter from them. Can you please tell me how you went about negotiating a settlement with Citi? That is what I'm trying to do now. Who did you contact? How did you get them to settle? Any advice you can provide would be appreciated.
