I live in Pennsylvania and I have a creditor that is now calling my place of employment as of today 1/13/04. I told my creditor that payment would be placed on the 22nd and asked that she not call here again. She stated in was unexceptable and told me she would keep calling back. She then proceeded to call me right back after I gave her a date and also told her not to call my place of employment. What rights do I have and what can I do about this? My creditor is Chrysler Financial.
