i also have a charged-off chase card...it was closed in april of 1999 (that is what my credit report shows as the date of last activity..the CA reported nothing). i have disputed that many times and it keeps coming back as verified. so i have 2 more years to go before the 7 years is up...i guess i should just wait it out?
