that was interesting lol. they transfer ur call to the CA...who wouldnt tell me if it was assigned or bought but finally slipped. (must be inhouse 3 party collections) he said it doesnt matter and i said oh yes it does. finally he explained something about cap1 would do a asset search and then it was their choice to do legal means or re-assign it to another CA. lol. i said ohhhhh ty u just told me what i wanted to know. i also have another account paid in full which im not getting statements on at all..and that time the number went to a diff extension. it is triggered for transfer by ur account number. he wanted my SS # lmao rightttt. so now i know its assigned..and they havent sent it back yet to cap1 as threatened. ..
