word on interest on charge offs and cas/cap1

i saw a post or 2 below on interest and fees on accounts. cap1 does charge..both overlimit and late fees plus interest no matter where the account is. major major amounts on mine. legal or not..thats why should i need validation i want it itemized ...cause its a hugely outrageous fee..which has put it far beyond any settling or paying off in increments. there is no way they will stop them, i have asked.
