Have 1 co with cap1 (5k) and 1 co with providian (5k).
The sol in Ga is 4 yrs which should be 9/04 and 10/04.
My question is do they get more aggressive the closer to sol or not. Over the past week the answering machine has gotten 2 calls from someone saying they were from McDowell & asso. The caller id says Irvine Ca. but they leave an Atlanta # to return the call. Reverse lookup does not pick up anything from any #s.
Should I get prepared for a suit or is time on my side.
