Best advice. Starve them out. If people wouldn't pay these garbage collection agencies, they'd go away. When a garbage collection agency finally has your account you should never pay.

You have to see the world from a beggar's perspective to understand what they are all about. They spend all day sifting through trash looking for the one big score.

It's obvious most people are already smart enough not to pay these telemarketing beggars. If no one would pay them, they'd have to get off their tails and get productive jobs. Imagine, buying stacks of accounts for 2 cents on the dollar and then come begging to everyone for the full amount? I can think of a lot more worthy causes to donate to than the local collection agency welfare office. Let these hats in hand beggars get off their duffs and get useful jobs rather than sifting through trash all day looking for "The Big One." They are a depressingly pathetic lot. I have visions of homeless people digging through trash barrels looking for soda bottles, cigarette butts, and half cans of flat beer.

Just say NO to garbage collection beggars. Offer them a sandwich and a cup of hot coffee and enlighten them to the joys that an honest day's productive work could bring them!
