It doesn't SAY where it was filed?? Does it give a date? Does it have a file # ?.

Call the County Court in Ohio, or go on line to access the records, I can't believe it was Fl., if you just moved there recently, however, call the County Ct in Fl also, or go on line.

It may not be an entered judgment,it may just be the filed claim, or it just may be an error.

You also might try calling the CRA and seeing if they can tell you.

Once yo find out exactly what the situation is you can take further action to get it removed from your reports and/or vacated (if it IS an actual entered judgment)
