What to do depends on what you find out. If they ddi not properly serve your husband with the complaint, you can tyr to get the judgment set aside. However, this would only delay things if the money is actually owed. You may need to get a lawyer to do this for you if it's in Ohio unless you can go ther eyourself for the hearing.

Depending on whether you owe the money and want to settle, the company may work out a deal with you if it looks like the judgment was wrongfully obtained rather than going through the expense of doing over again.

Then again, it may be a judgment against someone with the same name as your husband so you would need to straighten it out with the cr
