Sit back and relax. Chances are good that they will not sue, but if they do, file chapter 7. CAs can't do anything but threaten, lie or sue. Mostly they just threaten and lie. Play it safe until you are sure the SOL has run. Empty out your bank accounts. They can't touch your pension or social security. All that stuff is exempt. You might want to have a free consultation with a bankrupcy attorney. If you are served, you call the attorney and file chapter 7. Rest easy. YOu might want to check out your state exemptions.
