Have your family members complain to the telephone company that they are receiving repeated harrassing calls from a caller with a blocked number. The telephone company should be able to get the number, even though it is blocked.

Have them tell the callers that they're recording the call. Actually recording the call would be a bonus. (It should be legal everywhere as long as you inform the other party you're recording them.)

Also, have them file a police report.

The people that are calling are breaking the law every time they tell somebody (besides you or your spouse) that they are calling about *your* alleged debt. You can sue them for defamation and violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, if you can prove what they're doing.
