I am not the collector you envision, I am fair, honest and sincere and empathic.
All of what you want to believe comes crashing down when you learn that there are debt collectors that do care and try to help you.
You can never accept that, as that would take away your only card you play..that debt collectors are evil, scum sucking maggots.
