I was told just yesterday by my friend who works for THE most powerful commercial lawfirm in Chicago that everyone is using India for their bill processing. They only pay 1 penny a page compared to the $10 here in the US. They lock the bills in a locked bag and fed ex them over there. They are supposed to credit your payment the DAY they are recieved in the US, not India. AT&T are using them, Bank One...all the big companies and now the credit collectors are jumping in the game.
