Repo occured late may of last year. They came from MO to MN to repo the car, but it was sold at auction in MO. I recv notice from the finance co. about one week after the repo and two days before they sold it. It did state the place and time it was to be sold at. Afer the sale I got a notice from an attorney saying there was a balance after the sale and that I need to pay that to them in full beause they represent the finance co. I did not however recv. any notices that the car was in default before they had repo. the car. The finance co. said that the other borrower called them after 90 day late and told them to come take it because he could not afford to make the payments. They did not contact me before the repo at all. I contacted them when I got the notice of the repo and when it was to be sold. I contacted them to try to make an arrangement and they wanted the full 90 days past due and repo fees no exceptions and I had 2 days to come up with it. Naturally I could not so they sold it.
