Sorry I also forgot to ask you what state you live in because I know of some nonchexsystems banks. I have one with Paragon bank they are in Shakopee, MN 952-445-6002. They might let you open by mail- I know they do allow banking by mail. There is another one in MO. I can't remember the name if you need I will try to search for you. I think it is called Seymour Bank 417-753-5224 in Rogersville MO
