I don't know what defenses to use. I'm in NC. The lastt payment I made to Citibank was Jan 03, so SOL doesn't apply. I attempted to settle with them in Feb but they wouldn't even considerr it. My first post (long & detailed) was Dec 13, '03, giving all of the info leading up to this, then another post the 15th, then the 17th. Thanks all you guys for caring.
