It's been 7 yrs and the CA's are still calling!!

I had 2 old debts that were 7 yrs old as of 12/2003. WIll be checking to see if they have dropped as of this year sometime this week. I have 2 CA's calling threatening to sue if I dont pay up. Living at home and they told me mom all of this also. They call incessantly like a gnat around a horses butt! I live in Texas so I know that the SOL is beyond up by now. What can they do? Should I keep money out of my bank accounts, I also have an account setup that I pay my parents bills out of and dont want to take the chance of their money being frozen.
