There is a SOL letter on Why Chat's web site. Also a cease and desist letter. If you scroll down to Newcomers, you will find Why Chat's web site.

These CAs have no legal right to anything, however, it might be a good idea to get your parent's money into an account in their name. You can still write the checks for them and just have them sign. I did that with my dad for several months. CA's play dirty, an ounce of prevention.
