Nothing new there, just another day's work in the live of a 'collections professional'. What is deliciously different is you caught them. Now be sure and tell the FTC about this exemplary conduct straightaway, copies of all to your state AG and the Better Business Bureau for what it's worth. The latter makes reports public, why not place the exploitive adventures of these gibbon-stools where the public can view them? Expose these sleazoids.
Exposure - it's the death knell of criminal conspiracies. And the Collections 'industry' is just that. Shove the dirk of legal consequence far and away into their body politic.
