How long do you think it will take you to assert "your rights"? How much is your time worth? So, how much do you think it will cost you to assert "your rights"?

I will bet you anything that it will cost you a hell of a lot MORE than $52 after you add up the silly CRRR letters, the time spent on the board, the time spent drafting the letter, blah blah blah.

Choose your battles. Consumer debt in this country is so screwed up, you'll have PLENTY of chances to assert "your rights" for bigger stakes than a $52 frickin' ticket!

You're making a MOCKERY out of the other issues and problems being discussed on this board.
