Listen Cat, I have tons of heart and empathy for people that would like to settle, wish they could settle or just plain can't settle because of their situations.

I have no patience or heart for people that REFUSE TO SETTLE just because they are mad that they are in collections and feel they don't have to pay because they are in collections.

There is a ton of difference between willingness and unwillingness.

Cat, perhaps you should direct that seething anger in the right direction.
