Forget 'Deadbeat'. You won't get very far by kicking yourself in the tail. The only scumbags who use the term 'deadbeat' are vicious collectors who moralize to their victims about 'pay your debt', mainly so they can blow the ill gotten proceeds on crack 'n comfort boys. Forget it.

These criminal pukes are in the wrong, not you. The Associates is right down there at latrine's dregs amongst the most vile of collectors. They are a study in continuous and ongoing law breaking and predictably they make it all your fault to cover their own guilt.

If this is credit card debt then indeed the SOL is long past and these bugs are in trouble for filing suit. You can countersue for damages and please without fail report these sewer pickles to the Federal Trade Commission and the CO State AG. Burn them with every heated instrument of law at your disposal.

Damagingly,
Keyser Soze
