I have good reason why it is important. They objected saying they are not a collection agency or attorney's in the practice of debt collecetion- which is lie they state it right on their letterhead. They got the abritration award in june 2003 and I was never notified. These are just some the issues the refused to answr. I lov the fact I am racking up their bill and they cannot not get much back from me
