One hint about Bankone/firstusa. It may or may not apply to you but prehaps others will find this useful.
Much of the aforementioned institutions growth came about by buying the credit card portfoilios of smaller banks. Very often, the orginal paperwork was not included in the account transfer and now, no longer exists. Use the info as you see fit.
