nco has an old account from cap1 i havent made a payment on it since april of 2000. I live in maine and i know the sol is six years. they have been calling my place of employment about once or twice a week. luckily for me the owners are pretty mellow, they will not put the call through because they know i dont want to talk to them.what should they do? also i have no assets, im barely scrapping by.what are the chances of me being sued? thanks in advance
