i invovled with these scumbags too they ahve 2 accounts one with monogram bank of ga and discover card it took them about yr to file the suit for the lowes account i got em i send 2 validation letters to them and they never responded to them so guess what when i settle the account i gonna take irwin eskonos to small claims and sure him for $ 1000 which i have done before to edgar lana who did the same thing did u validated the debt?? with them??
