I need some serious help. I have a personal judgement against me for a credit card around $2300.00. I also have two checks with JBC & Associates, one for 137, and the other for 3000. JBC has been calling me every day. I am in the state of Florida. I do not have any personal assets, however I own my own business. The company with the judgement is Credigy Receivables and law firm they have are Erskine & Fleischer, and they have written me asking for a list of my assets. I have not responded. I have my business bank accounts, a deposit withmy electric utility for my business, as well as deposit with my landlord for the business. I pulled my credit and my bank for my business shows up as an inquiry, so I am not sure what to do. Even if I remove the funds from my business bank account can they come after my deposits with my landlord and electric company. I also am not sure if they will come after me for anything else in the business. Can they also do anything with people who owe my business money WHAT DO I DO?????????????????
