does judgement proof mean that because you have no assets, you will not be sued? what if you have no asset but the debt is 5000+ (significant amt.) If someone has been laying low and comes across employment, is it a given the sCAmmers will begin to hassle you again. If you do you get a job, is there any way to "Keep" that from the sCAmmers or CRAs?
