Yes, you have a very good chance of being hauled into court. Is your Superior Court online? If so, might find Eskanos & Adler cases in your county. In terms of being sued, can you take the heat? Do you have assets? I guarantee, that if they obtain a Judgment, they will levy your bank account or your wages. I found Eskanos & Adler suing on behalf of Wells Fargo and Capital One in Alameda County. I looked up the clowns on the State Bar Association. None of them has ever had a disciplinary action against them.
