to the poster regarding eskonos and adler and discover card not yet kinda hope they do i invovled with debt negoation firm and working to get my charges off paid of for 50%--60% on the dollar or less i sent a debt validation on discover and they never responded to it the last scum bag lawyer that did validated i got a $1000 out ask edgarj.lana about that one it took awhile but he settled out of court i also file a complaint with the federal trade commission and the california state bar --according to bud hibbs the easiest way to piss off a lawyer and make thier blood is file a complaint with the state bar for ethics violations according to bud they have to go to a hearing for the state bar

i know its diffucult for some folks but getting back at these scum bags is easy and if u have a computer and internet access even more
