the odds are actually very good that you will not be sued. I had approximately 10 cards, bank cards and store cards. Only one did sue me, and that was just before the SOL.
My strategy was to ignore CAs. I put my phone on fax and later when things cooled off, watched caller I.D. I had a lot of debt and I knew there was a chance I would be sued. I obtained legal advice early on, which helped relieve the stress. When I was sued, I called my attorney and filed Chapter 7. Good Luck
