My case Dismissed "WithOut Prejudice" whats next?

I filed a Motion to Dismiss with the court sighting SOL in GA on an "open account" credit card account. A day before the court hearing the Plaintiff filed a Motion to Dismiss "WITHOUT Prejudice". I understand this to mean they can refile on this same case. Whats my next move or what will the Plantiffs do next? Do I do anything preemptive at this point? or sit it out?So far you people out there on this formum have been a great help but I need more help to keep me calm.
