Judge Mental, you are hereby requested to stop replying to my posts on this forum. You can consider a cease and desist to your rude and arrogant posts. Your attitude is both antagonistic and condescending. Your "advice" is neither appreciated nor wanted. You continue to alter and misinterpret what I say. I'm not on trial here, so just shut your pie hole; nobody wants to hear anymore of your babble. You're presumptuous and don't know what happened.

Just for the record:

1) I did not see an after hours box and did not deliberately avoid it. If I had seen one, I would have gladly paid it. This was no sign indicating this was a pay lot.

2) There was no sign indicating it was a "for pay" private lot.

3) I recall there was some kind of note under my windshield wiper, but it was rainy that night (Feb 2001), and the ink was smeared and illegible. I couldn't make out what it said.

4) The parking lot has been torn up and the original creditor is no longer in business.

5) TicketTrack is a Collection Agency. WhyChat specifically says not to pay CA's a dime. I also have several charge accounts in collections and I don't want to give out any personal info to those types at this time.

6) Their web site is nothing more than an empty home page with a link that doesn't work so I can't pay it online (http://www.tickettrack.com/).

7) TicketTrack never answered my validation request and is in violation of the FCPDA. Like these bungwipes should get my money, LOL.

8) I've heard nothing for almost two years. It's a little weird they're threatening me now, or perhaps not since I have a lot of other creditors looking for me.

9) This should not be about my guilt or innocence, regardless of what Judge Mental seems to think. How is an honest $10 mistake any worse than charging up $10,000 on a Discover Card for goods and services, and then not paying.

10) The issue isn't about the size of the debt, like lurker quite astutely pointed out with his hooker analogy, i.e. "we're only negotiating price".

11) We live in a society where a fool and his money is too easily departed.
