I've gone back and forth over this issue a few times myself and I've come to the conclusion that at the end of the day, we all act in what we perceive is our own best interest. I'd advise that nobody should do injury to their own conscience.
After that, it's nobody's business but your own. When someone ask a question I do my best to answer it as accurately as I can and what happens after that is not my concern. If the subject matter offends anyone then, do as a poster on another site suggests and, "find a community of like minded souls". May I suggest the Motley Fool and MSN Your Money.
The funny thing about lending {and I've been a banker}. Both lenders and borrowers assume risk in a transaction and often times that risk is realized for both parties. I just stay detached and take nothing said on a message board personally. It 's not my place to judge.
