You actually used to help people out instead of belittling them like you do now. I would bet you decided to go into the CA field with the best of intentions. You figured hey I know the fcra and the fdcpa and I can make a difference. I will be fair to people. Wrongo. The whole field is based on deception and greed. You cannot be nice in collections and expect to get paid. The ones who break the laws are the ones who get paid. You fell into the trap and have become a different person for it. Maybe you have really bad consumers. Who knows. The fact is while you try to act like a good person here you fell into the jaded all consumers are deadbeats thinking that most collectors have. IT is too bad. You used to be a good person. My condolences to you and your family. Take care.
