I would greatly appreciate any advice. I was sued by Citi for 2 Associate Visas I had during my college years. In the interrogatories, I was asked to produce documents to prove that the accounts were mine, but I refused. Citi than dismissed all charges without predjudice. The accounts are on my credit report as charge-offs. What are my options? Can they be removed? If not, how do I go about settling these accounts.
