After all this hoopla about Ticket Track, I took my CLASS ACTION paperwork about Ticket Track. Yes, I too, was dunned by Ticket Track and am a member of the class in Washington.

That doesn't change the fact that he's a deadbeat that tried to get free parking. But, nevermind.
