Being sued by Assett Accept. Help!!

We got served a summons 12/27/03 on a credit card that has not had a payment made on it since 12/98. We live in Oklahoma.All the information I'm finding is that the SOL has run. I am needing to file a answer with the court, where do I find the documentation to back up the sol in oklahoma( the title,section ect.)
