Why Chat, I still went to my scheduled hearing just to make sure - no trix. I made the clerk show me the court calandar - it was crossed out with the note "withdrawn". I have to thank you personally because I followed all your instructions. My biggest problem was stress but I dealt with each problem as you laid out. All those on this board were helpful. This was a debt for $14,985.00. I'm sure they will return and I want to be ready. I will sit tight. Again, thanx to you. Georgia Peach
