If your company is incorporated they cannot go after any assets of the corporation since it is a separate entity. However they could garnish your salary. I am assuming your corporation pays you a salary as its CEO. They could come after that ONCE they get the judgment. However since most of the credit cards are in your wife's name, then the only companies that can come after you will be the ones you default on that have your name on it.

One other thing should be made clear. If the credit cards are by any chance a business account credit cards, then the consumer rules and protections do not apply. In that case, see a lawyer because the FDCPA only apply to consumer debt not business debt.

If you can find copies of your contract, you need to find out what kinds of cards they are. Were they for personal use or business use.

Good luck.
